After spending 25 years traveling the world on assignment with his camera, Rob’s time abroad offered more than just breathtaking images, it opened his eyes to diverse ways of living, connecting, and growing. It was during this chapter that his deep commitment to service and community began to take root.

Rob is a passionate artist and lifelong adventurer, constantly seeking meaningful projects that bring people together. In 2023, he and colleague Ryan co-founded Peak Week, an initiative blending physical challenge and purpose. Since its launch, it has raised over $50,000 to support Impact’s Heroes programs.

In early 2025, Rob began co-leading the transformation of Impact’s Heroes @ Home program. This work represents a return to his truest calling: equipping parents with the tools, insights, and encouragement they need to raise thriving, purpose-driven families.
