peak week participant guide

Everything you need to know to prepare, participate, and make an impact.

Thank you for joining us for Peak Week 2025. Your participation supports youth mental health through Impact Society’s HEROES® programs, helping youth across Canada build confidence, resilience, and purpose. Whether you're hiking one day or every day, your involvement makes a real difference.

This guide will give you everything you need to share your story, recruit supporters, and fundraise with confidence.
