Mackenzie's leadership shines as she optimizes systems, ensuring that resources are directed to empower youth across Canada and internationally. Mackenzie excels in building meaningful relationships with stakeholders, while her strategic vision drives financial management, grant procurement, database proficiency, and IT advancements.
