We respectfully acknowledge that the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Indigenous peoples, who have stewarded this land throughout the generations. Turtle Island, as it's known to many Indigenous communities, holds deep significance and history. Let's honour their connection to this land, their cultures, their stories and their resilience. Together, let's commit to learning more about their traditions and histories, and to building relationships based on understanding and respect.
