Brooke Macklin, Impact Society's Business Development Coordinator.

Brooke has been with Impact Society for a few years, joining the team shortly after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Mount Royal University. As the Business Development Coordinator, she brings a passion for connecting with people and a strong desire to support as many youth as possible. Her role focuses on fund development, campaign management, and marketing, helping to expand the reach and impact of the Heroes program. Brooke is dedicated to building strong relationships with donors, partners, and communities to ensure the next generation is equipped with the tools to thrive.

What drives Brooke most is seeing lives transformed through Impact Society's resilience-building programs and being part of a team committed to making a lasting difference. She believes in the power of collaboration and meaningful storytelling to connect supporters to the heart of Impact Society’s mission.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys baking, getting active, and spending time outdoors with friends and family. Some of her favorite moments are spent camping, getting on the water in the summer months, or visiting her family’s farm, where she can unwind and cuddle all of the animals.
